Ask on WhatsAppFrequently asked questions
What if my street in Barcelona is narrow or access is difficult?
Tell us about the access in the form (narrow street, no loading dock, stairs…) and we'll take it into account when preparing the delivery. Our trucks carry a tail lift and a pallet jack to unload at street level.
Which format suits a flat in Barcelona?
The 15 kg bag is the most practical choice for homes without space to store a pallet: it's easy to carry and store, and you pour it straight into the stove's hopper.
Do you also deliver in L'Hospitalet, Badalona, Santa Coloma and Sant Adrià?
Yes, they are part of our Barcelonès route. The lead time is the same as in Barcelona: delivery in 24-48 h, with the day and time slot confirmed by phone beforehand.
