Quality policy

Scope

The activity that Manutención y Embalajes Casadevall, S.A. considers to be in line with the quality required by the ISO 9001 International Standard is the manufacture and sale of pallets and cardboard and wood packaging, as well as the sale of other complementary packaging materials.

Guiding principles

Since our founding, management has followed these guiding principles:

1. Comply with legal requirements and satisfy the explicit and implicit demands, requirements and expectations of our customers, evaluating and applying those requirements.

2. Communicate our quality objectives and criteria at every level of our organization.

3. Implement quality indicators and monitor the progress of our processes in line with our strategic planning, so we can offer the level of quality our customers expect.

4. Respect the environment, minimizing pollution and waste generation to conserve resources.

5. Ensure optimal working conditions by assessing the risks that may arise in our processes, eliminating them where possible and reducing those identified.

6. Develop continuous training programs aimed at better qualifying our staff, involving everyone in achieving the objectives set out here.

7. Consolidate continuous improvement across all activities carried out at Casadevall.

8. Foster a motivating environment for everyone in our company.

Validity and disclosure

Casadevall's management makes this policy accessible to its customers, employees, suppliers and the general public.

The policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with management's system reviews, to account for changes in the environment and information received. Management provides all the human, technological and financial resources needed to reach the objectives and goals set on a scheduled, periodic basis.
