Data controller

Manutención y Embalajes Casadevall S.A. (owner of Pellets Casadevall) is the controller responsible for processing your personal data, and informs you that it will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Purposes

We process your data to manage our business relationship with you. Specifically: to handle quote requests, delivery-area checks or any request made through the form or WhatsApp; to contact you to confirm availability, price and delivery terms; and, only if you have expressly ticked the relevant box, to send you commercial communications about our products and services.

When you give your consent in the cookie settings panel, we also carry out web analytics and advertising conversion measurement using Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Since no payments are processed through the website, we do not collect or process any banking or payment card data.

Legal basis

The data subject's consent, to respond to your quote request or inquiry and, where applicable, to send commercial communications if you have authorized it; and the controller's legitimate interest, to manage and follow up the business relationship once it has begun.

Retention

Data will be retained for as long as an active or potential business relationship exists and, at most, for the applicable legal limitation periods (tax, commercial). After that period, it will be deleted or anonymized using appropriate security measures.

Third parties

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required or necessary to provide the requested service (for example, courier/logistics or communications providers, with whom the data-processing agreements required by law are in place). Since there is no payment gateway on the website, we also do not share data with payment processors.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, note that this channel is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., subject to its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.
